Return to the skies in Airborne Ops II: Rescue Missions for an all-new series of adrenaline-inducing missions. This time, your challenge is to pilot the AR-29 deep behind enemy lines to extract your downed comrades.

On the snow-covered ground below you, a full-blown skirmish is underway, in a persistent world where the activity unfolds independent of your actions!

Watch your troops battle against tanks and opposing infantry, with each side employing machine guns and shoulder-mounted mortars. But don't get too preoccupied -- your enemies can turn their mortars skyward!

Of course, the enemy also features its own air squadron, ready to dogfight you at every step.

In addition to a primary objective for each mission, your secondary objective is to provide cover for your ground forces, as ground forces can assist (or in the case of the enemy, prevent) you from achieving your primary mission.
